MES vertical five axis machining center is suitable for multi-faceted machining of complex parts, combined turning, milling, and grinding, as well as five axis linkage machining. It has the ability to complete all machining with one clamping. The rotation axis AC is not superimposed on the linear axis to avoid the influence of the accuracy of the linear axis, thereby achieving higher precision requirements for the rotation axis; Configure C-axis rotary shaft direct drive transmission, equipped with high-precision encoder, with high transmission accuracy, fast speed, and no mechanical friction and wear, thus achieving more durable machining accuracy.
Equipped with 15000rpm/16000rpm/24000rpm electric spindles, high-performance spindles can meet different customer needs. The high-performance spindle with a torque of up to 216Nm and 16000rpm can achieve the processing of various high-strength steel, titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy aviation components and high rigidity components. A high-speed spindle with a speed of 24000rpm can achieve various molds, impellers, and high-precision, higher surface requirements for five axis curved surface machining.
